Digestion

Main goals in your diet should be digestion. Many problems occur through undigested fats, proteins, and carbohydrates traveling through the bloodstream wreaking havoc on already weakened organs. You really can't overdose on wheatgrass but if you have too much late in the day you may be unable to sleep because of so much energy.

Water

Nearly every Doctor in the world says we need 8 glasses of water per day. This cannot be overstated. However the timing of when you drink is important so you don't offset digestion and put stress on the kidneys. It is best to drink water at least 1/2 hour before meals and at least two hours after meals. Put a small pinch of UNREFINED sea salt in every third glass of water.
